Eunice Yang, PhD

Founder and CEO

Eunice is the founder and CEO of SmartRR Solutions, Inc, dba OK2StandUP. She drives the company's vision, strategic planning and execution. Her diverse background has provided the multidisciplinary bridge between physiological sensor data analysis and AI design for OK2StandUP. Prior to OK2StandUP, she was a turbomachinery engineer at Boeing, co-founder of two prior startups, and was a tenured associate professor at the University of Pittsburgh.

Jennifer Brach, PhD

Clinical​

Dr. Brach has over 24 years of experience in patient-oriented research in aging and disability prevention. Her expertise in the development and implementation of testing protocols. Dr. Brach has been involved with OK2StandUP since 2018.

Robert Zimmerman, MD

Medical

Dr. Robert Zimmerman has over 25 years of experience as a physician, medical director, and now as a Chief Medical Officer for a healthcare organization in Southwestern Pennsylvania. He has spearheaded population health efforts to provide a high-quality and patient-focused care. ​ He fully understands the challenges that hospitals and skilled nursing units face in terms of preventing in-facility falls. His medical insight from bottom-up and top-down views of healthcare will be invaluable. He has known the CEO for the past eight years and has been part of OK2StandUP since April 2018.

BUSINESS ADVISOR

Steve Plank, BSME, MBA

Business/Finance

Steve Plank's talent in identifying successful businesses, whether they are startups or well-established corporations, speaks for itself. He was co-founder and Partner at Espalier Global, a global technology, media and telecom hedge fund valued at $900M, from 2010 through 2016. ​ He has helped the CEO negotiate a recent investment transaction and has been a tremendous resource to all things related to finance. Steve Plank has been a mentor and advisor to the CEO since 2017 and became an investor in June 2019.
